Kesner, whose last known place of residence is 351 Lisbon Street, Canfield, OH 44406 you will take notice that on the 30th day of November, 2010, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, successor by merger to Sky Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 10CV 4471, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $57,544.77 plus interest at 6.2500% (variable) per annum from April 1, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 28-007-0-059.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in the payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 29th day of April, 2011.
