The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of the Defendant Verna E. Stevens, now deceased, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 16th day of February, 2011. The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No. 11CV 504 as numbered upon the docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $66,092.94, which represents the unpaid principal balance due on said note, together with accrued interest from August 31, 2010 in the amount of $1,009.98 and interest accruing at the rate of 3.375% per annum from February 14, 2011, upon a certain obligation signed by, Verna E. Stevens now deceased, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the Township of Goshen, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Lot No. 2 in Salem Country Club Plat No. 1, a subdivision of a part of Original Goshen Township, Part of Section No. 34, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 73 of Maps, Page 42, Mahoning County Records, be the same or less, but subject to all legal highways.
