Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns, if any, of John P. Krpicak, whose last known place of residence is unknown, and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 7th day of December, 2010, The Huntington National Bank, Successor in Interest by Merger to Sky Bank, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being Case Number 10CV 4570 seeking foreclosure and alleging Defendants Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, if any, of John P. Krpicak have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 15850, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, in Lucy M. Powers Homestead, a Subdivision of a part of Original Great Lot 16, as Shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 3 of Maps, Page 313, Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 15850 has a frontage of 50 feet on the westerly side of Whitney Avenue, and extends back 150 feet on the northerly line, 150 feet on the southerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
