Defendants, Christine Juriasingani And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Christine Juriasingani, whose last known address is 4497 Cumberland City Road, Indian Mound, TN 37079, will take notice that on the 23rd day of August, 2010, RBS Citizens NA, fka Citizens Bank NA, sbm to Charter One Bank, NA, filed its Complaint in Case Number 10CV 3239, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Christine Juriasingani And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Spouse, if any of Christine Juriasingani, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 525 Forest Hill Drive, Youngstown, OH 44515

PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: 48-008-0-310.00-0

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 2nd day of March, 2011.
