Krpicak's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns whose last known place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 9th day of November, 2010, The Huntington National Bank, successor in interest by merger to Sky Bank, filed its Complaint in Case No. 10CV 4218 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market St, Columbus, Ohio 43229, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the John P. Krpicak's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot 17802, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City having 50 feet front on the easterly side of Halls Heights Avenue and extending back 116.7 feet on the southerly line and having a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
