Lowell David Smith, whose last known address is 7616 Hitchcock Road, Youngstown, OH 44512, will take notice that on the 2nd day of September, 2010, GMAC Mortgage, LLC, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 10CV 3376. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
