GORDON R. METTEE, DECEASED, ET AL,

DEFENDANTS.

The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of the Defendant Gordon R. Mettee, now deceased, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 7th day of April, 2010, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 10CV 4697 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $21,760.50, which represents the unpaid principal balance due on said Note, together with accrued interest from April 7, 2010, in the amount of $1,035.17 and interest accruing at the rate of 6.99% per annum from December 13, 2010, upon a certain obligation signed by, Gordon R. Mettee now deceased, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 40324, according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City as recorded in Volume 32 of Plats, Page 211, Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot Number 40324 has a frontage of 49 feet on the south line of Chattanooga Avenue and extends back, on its East line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, and on it West line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, having a rear line of Forty-nine (49) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said above named parties are Defendants in the above entitled action and are required to answer on or before the 17th day of February, 2011.
