Reich, deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, you will take notice that on the 17th day of December, 2010, Plaintiff, JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Bank One, N.A., filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 10CV 4676, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $66,225.18 plus interest at 3.2500% (variable) per annum from June 25, 2010, plus late charges applicable to the terms of the Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property
Known for Street Numbering Purposes as 7120 Harrington, Boardman, OH 44512
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 29-078-0-161.000
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any intereset therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 2nd day of March, 2011.
