Young, whose last known address if 4480 Devonshire Drive Building 1, Youngstown, OH 44512, will take notice that on the 26th day of August, 2010, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 10CV 3300.
