The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of the Defendants, Theodore Footchkar and Ivana Footchkar, now deceased, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 5th day of October, 2010, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 10CV 3798 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $77,072.17, which represents the unpaid principal balance due on said note, together with accrued interest from November 30, 2009 in the amount of $4,306.49 and interest accruing at the rate of 7.500% per annum from September 29, 2010, upon a certain obligation signed by, Gerard M Libra and Donna L. Libra, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Lot No. 18 in Signature Place Plat No. 1 as shown by the recorded Plat of said Subdivision in Volume 85 of Maps, Page 8, Mahoning County Records.
