Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of M. Caitlyn Destefano aka M. Catlyn Destefano aka Catlyn Destefano and Unknown Spouse, if any of M. Caitlyn Destefano aka M. Catlyn Destefano aka Catlyn Destefano, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 7th day of September, 2010, The Huntington National Bank, successor in interest by merger to Sky Bank, filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. 10CV 1850 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of M. Caitlyn Destefano aka M. Catlyn Destefano aka Catlyn Destefano and unknown spouse, if any, of M. Caitlyn Destefano aka M. Catlyn Destefano and aka Catlyn Destefano have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio: Known as being Sub Lot No. 203 in Country Club Estates Plat No. 1, a subdivision of a part of Original Boardman Township Great Lot No. 20, 4th Division, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 41 of Maps, page 55 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Sub Lot No. 203 has a frontage of 86 feet on the northerly side of Sequoya Drive and extends back between parallel lines 125 feet on the easterly line, 125 feet on the westerly line and has a rear line of 86 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
