Terence M. Livingston aka Terrence M. Livingston, whose last known address is 326 East Avondale Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44507, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Terence M. Livingston aka Terrence M. Livingston, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 15th day of June, 2010, Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2004-HE11 filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 10CV 2328 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 720 East Boston Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44502 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5471, Page 1152, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-111-0-157.000

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 8th day of December, 2010, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
