Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Margaret A. Agoney, whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 3rd day of August, 2010, The Huntington National Bank, successor in interest by merger to Sky Bank, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2010CV 2926 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Courthouse, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administators, Executors, and Assigns of Margaret A. Agoney have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the County of Mahoning, in the State of Ohio, and in the City of Youngstown, and bounded and described as follows:

And known as being Lot No. 20493, according to the latest enumeratioin of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 15, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot as a frontage of 40 feet on the east line of Osborne Avenue and extends back on its north line 130 feet, and on its south line 130 feet, having a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 25 S. Osborne Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 8th day of December, 2010.
