The Defendants, Matthew Nicholson, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Matthew Nicholson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Matthew Nicholson, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take take notice that on the 29th day of June, 2010, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon, as Indenture Trustee for the registered holders of ABFS Mortgage Loan Trust 2002-2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-2, filed its Complaint in Case No. 10CV 2490, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 98 Arlene Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44512, Permanent Parcel No. 29-003-0-318.00 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Matthew Nicholson, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Matthew Nicholson and Unknown Spouse, if any of Matthew Nicholson, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. Answer day being the 25th day of November, 2010. In the event that the Defendants Matthew Nicholson, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Matthew Nicholson and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Matthew Nicholson, failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
