Phillips, whose residence is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that, on January 14, 2010, Plaintiff, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF PENNSYLVANIA, filed its Complaint in Money Judgment and Foreclosure against DONALD S. PHILLIPS, whose last known address was 99 Welsh Hill, McDonald, OH 44437, as is now unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that, on January 14, 2010, Plaintiff, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, filed its Complaint in money judgment and foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 10CV 134, demanding recoupment of $36,961.06 with interest accruing per diem from December 21, 2009 and for foreclosure on the real property known for street numbering purposes as: 3400 Mahoning Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509, Permanent Parcel No. 53-170-0-085.010 and for other proper legal and equitable relief.

You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication. Answer day being the 18th day of November, 2010. Answer is to be filed with Attorney Doralice N.T. Ricchiuti.
