Dillon, whose last known place of residence was 698 Franklin Avenue, Salem, OH 44460 and 355 East Oregon Street, Sebring, OH 44672 each of you will take notice that on the 10th day of June, 2010, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, successor by merger to Sky Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 10CV 2266, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $42,577.03 plus accrued interest of $1,085.02, plus interest at the rate of 7.12500% per annum from May 10, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property

Known for street numbering purposes as 355 East Oregon Street, Sebring, OH 44672

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 21-003-0-175.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

The Defendants named above are required to Answer on or before the 11th day of November, 2010.
