The Defendants, First Equity Funding Group, Inc. Unknown beneficiaries of the Seligman-Lee Family Trust, Unknown successor trustees of the Seligman-Lee Family Trust and Unknown Grantors of the Seligman-Lee Family Trust, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 1st day of March, 2010, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CitiGroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AMC1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 10CV 781, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 2919 Julian Street, Youngstown, OH 44502, Permanent Parcel No. 53-109-0-242.00-0 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, First Equity Funding Group, Inc., Unknown beneficiaries of the Seligman-Lee Family Trust, Unknown successor trustees of the Seligman-Lee Family Trust and Unknown Grantors of the Seligman-Lee Family Trust, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, Answer day being the 12th of October, 2010.

In the event that the Defendants, First Equity Funding Group Inc., Unknown beneficiaries of the Seligman-Lee Family Trust, Unknown successor trustees of the Seligman-Lee Family Trust and Unknown Grantors of the Seligman-Lee Family Trust, failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
