To: Reginald C. Whitfield, whose last known place of residence is 91 Venloe Drive, Youngstown, OH 44514-1740 and 623 Samuel Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44502-2265 you will take notice that on the 22nd day of April, 2010, Plaintiff, Struthers Federal Credit Union, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 2010 CV 1566, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $19,677.96 plus accrued interest of $250.63, plus interest at 6.50% per annum from March 22, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 623 Samuel Street, Youngstown, OH 44502, being Permanent Parcel Number 53-038-0-025.000
The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in the payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 5th day of October, 2010.
