Era Shavers, Unknown Spouse of Era Shavers, Hattie Shavers, Unknown Spouse, of Hattie Shavers, Ruby Lee Williams, Unknown Spouse of Ruby Lee Williams, Irene Grace, Unknown Spouse of Irene Grace, Vera Townsend, Unknown Spouse of Vera Townsend, Selma Shavers, Unknown Spouse of Selma Shavers, Olga Shavers, Unknown Spouse of Olga Shavers, Myra Seymour, Unknown Spouse of Myra Seymour, Evonne Ellis and Unknown Spouse of Evonne Ellis, shall take notice that on the 21st day of May, 2010, Plaintiff, American Tax Funding, LLC filed its Complaint in Foreclosure Case No. 10CV 1998 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 53-106-0-173.00-0 and 53-106-0-174.00-0
PROPERTY LOCATION: 1125 Katherine Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44505
The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 29th day of September, 2010. If said Defendants fail to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
