Rach, whose last known place of residence is 6626 Bedell Road, Berlin Center, OH 44401-9714 and 6606 Bedell Road, Berlin Center, OH 44401-9714 and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors, of Nancy W. Rach, deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, each of you will take notice that on the 1st day of July, 2010, the undersigned, JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Bank One N.A., filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 10CV 2526, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $136,331.51 plus accrued interest of $2,687.03, plus interest at 6.6000% per annum from May 20, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 6626 Bedell Road, Berlin Center, OH 44401, being permanent parcel number PPN: 22-023-0-003.000.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default of the Defendant obligors in the payment of said Promissory Note according to its tenor, the conditions of said Mortgage Deed have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and asset any interest in said real estate, or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 16th day of September, 2010.
