The Defendants, William J. Reynallt and Bonnie J. Reynallt, whose last known address was 5138 Oakcrest Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio, whose place of residence is unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 12th day of February, 2010. The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 10CV 543 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $60,920.72, upon a certain obligation signed by William J. Reynallt and Bonnie J. Reynallt, with interest at the rate of 6.125 percent per annum from January 25, 2010, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage covering the following described premises:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio, and known as being Lot Number Six Hundred Thirteen (613) in Kimberly Acres Plat No. 10, as recorded in Volume 47 of Plats, Page 40, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of Seventy-One (71) feet on the North line of Oakcrest Drive and extends back on its east line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, and on its West line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, having a rear line of Seventy One (71) feet as appears by said plat.
