Frank J. Lynch, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, shall take notice that on the 30th day of April, 2010, YFJ Limited Liability Company, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 10CV 1681 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio to foreclose the liens held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property, which is located in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio and described as follows:

Being all of Youngstown City Outlot Number 1337 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, and consisting of two (2) areas, which are bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of Lot Number 1337 with the Easterly line of Park Vista Drive; thence Northerly, along said Easterly line of Park Vista Drive to the intersection thereof with the Southeasterly corner of Youngstown City Lot Number 56643; thence Northeasterly along the Southeasterly, or rear, lines of Youngstown City Lot Numbers 56643 through 56648 of the Southwesterly corner of Youngstown City Lot Number 56480; thence Southerly along the Westerly, or rear lines of lots fronting on the West line of Forest View Drive, to the intersection thereof with the Southerly line of Youngstown City Out Lot Number 1337; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of Youngstown City Out Lot Number 1337 to the place of beginning, less the following:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Youngstown City Lot No. 56643 as shown in the Thornhill Park Village Plat No. 2 as recorded in vol. 29, Pg. 55 and 56 of Mahoning County Record of Plats, said corner being on the Easterly right of way line of Park Vista Drive; thence N 72¼ 13' E. along the Southerly line of Youngstown City Lot No. 56643 thru 56648 a distance of 329.17 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 2¼ 30' W. along the Westerly line of Youngstown City Lot No. 56470 through 56479 a distance of 500.00 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 89¼ 48' 51" W. a distance of 283.20 feet to an iron pin on the Westerly right of way line of Park Vista Drive; thence 1¼ 14' W. along said right of way line a distance of 400.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 3.071 acres of land: and

Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Lansdowne Boulevard, which point is 140 feet northerly from the northerly line of Atkinson Avenue, thence Westerly and Southwesterly, along the rear lines of Youngstown City Lots Numbers 56649 through 56657 to the Northwest corner of Youngstown City Lot Number 56657; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 56657 to the intersection thereof with the Northwesterly line of Atkinson Avenue; thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly line of Atkinson Avenue a distance of about 150.93 feet to the intersection thereof with the Northeasterly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 56658; thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 56658, a distance of 140 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Youngstown City Lot Number 56658; thence Southeasterly along the rear lines of Youngstown City Lots Numbers 56658 through 56672 to the Northwest corner of said Youngstown City Lot 56672; thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 56672 a distance of 189.24 feet to the intersection thereof with the Northwesterly line of Atkinson Avenue; thence Southwesterly along said Northwesterly line of Atkinson Avenue a distance of 49 feet to the intersection thereof with the Northeasterly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 56673; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 56673 a distance of 219.49 feet to the rear line of Youngstown City Lot Number 56673; thence Southwesterly along the rear of Youngstown City Lot Number 56673, a distance of 53.18 to the intersection thereof with the Easterly line of Youngstown City Out Lots 1343; thence Northerly along easterly line of Youngstown City Out Lots 1343, 1354 and 1353 to the intersection thereof with the Southeasterly line of Youngstown City Lot Number 1335; thence Northeasterly along said Southeasterly line of Youngstown City Out Lot Number 1335 to the intersection thereof with the Southerly line of said Thorn Hill Road; thence along the Southerly line of said Thorn Hill Road, by its various courses and distances to the intersection thereof with the Westerly line of Lansdowne Boulevard; thence Southerly along said Westerly line of Lansdowne Boulevard to the place of beginning.

The prayer of the Complaint is for an order transferring fee simple title to the properties to Plaintiff, free and clear of all subordinate liens. Alternatively, the prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the properties be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's liens. Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary, that any and all persons claiming an interest in the properties be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first liens on the properties, and that the equity of redemption of the properties be foreclosed.

The above-named Defendant is required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks. Said answer day being the 14th day of September, 2010. If said Defendant fails to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
