To: John Berardi, Jr., aka John Berardi, whose last known place of residence is 12114 Blosser Road, North Lima, OH 44452-9738 and P.O. Box 46, North Lima, OH 44452-0046. The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fudicary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors, of John Berardi Jr., aka John Berardi, deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, each of you will take notice that on the 3rd day of June, 2010, Plaintiff, JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A., successor by merger to Bank One N.A. filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 10CV 2189, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $75,784.79 plus accrued interest of $5,170.40, plus interest at 3.2500% per annum from June 6, 2008, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 12114 Blosser Road, North Lima, OH 44452, being permanent parcel number PPN: 05-093-0-011.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 27th day of August, 2010.
