The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Robert L. Constable, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisess, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Mary M. Constable, but whose current address are unknown, will take notice that on April 30, 2010, the Plaintiff, HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of the Renaissance Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-4, filed its Complaint in Case No. 10CV 1691, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 31 Foster Drive, New Middletown, OH 44442, Permanent Parcel No. 03-002-0-095.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Robert L. Constable, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisess, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Mary M. Constable, are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 19th day of August, 2010. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Robert L. Constable, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Mary M. Constable, failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint. which will be published for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of August, 2010.
