John Doe, Spouse of Elinore P. Begalla, If Married On or About December 30, 1991 (Name Unknown), whose last known address is unknown and Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Ervin J. Begalla, Deceased whose last known addresses are unknown and whose residences are unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 12th day of May, 2010, HSBC Bank USA, as Indenture Trustee for the registered holders of the Renaissance Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-1 filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 10CV 1856 in said Court against Brian D. Brown, et al praying for Judgment of $77,318.88 with interest at the rate of 11.99% per annum from April 1, 2008 and 10.99 per annum from July 1, 2008, until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's Judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 3rd day of August, 2010, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
