Jordan, Jr., whose last known address is 6235 Gault Road, Canfield, OH 44406 and Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Melvin W. Jordan and the guardians of minor/incompetent heirs of Melvin W. Jordan, Jr. will take notice that on the 28th day of April, 2010, Chase Home Finance LLC, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 10CV 1647. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest.
