One Stop Mortgage, Inc., whose last known address is 3347 Michelson Drive, Suite 300, Irvine, CA 92612, and the unknown successors, assigns and surviving entities of One Stop Mortgage, Inc., all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 12th day of March, 2010, HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3 filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 10CV 979 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 169 Courtland Avenue, Campbell, OH 44505 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 5631, Page 1508, of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 46-014-0-056.00-0

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 11th day of November, 2010, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
