Lewton, NKA Rae Holt, whose last known address is 5797 Border Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44512, will take notice that on the 4th day of March, 2010, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 10CV 844.
