Clunk, Attorney for Plaintiff, John L. Hawkins, filed a Complaint- Action to Quiet Title in Case No. 10CV 336 in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio.

Requesting the title to be quieted on 1 acre of land being part of Great Lot Number Four (4) in Blake's Tract in the Township of Berlin, Mahoning County, Ohio. Property located at Leffingwell Road, Berlin Center, OH 44401, Permanent Parcel No. 22-036-0-014.000.

You will further take notice that unless you answer the allegations contained in said Complaint on or before July 29, 2010 which is 28 days after the last publication date, judgment will be taken against you to quiet title, together with the costs of this action.
