Crytzer, whose last known address is 148 Elm Street, Apt. 2, Struthers, OH 44471, will take notice that on the 2nd day of December, 2009, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as successor to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 09CV 4573. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice. This legal notice will be published once a week for three successive weeks, said answer day being the 1st day of July, 2010.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
