The devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Virginia Holmes, whose last known address is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 12th day of March, 2010, Bank of New York Trust Company, as successor to JP Morgan Chase Bank, formerly known as The Chase Manhattan Bank, successor by merger to Chase Bank of Texas, National Association, formerly known as Texas Commerce Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Saxon Asset Securities Trust 1999-2, filed its amended Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 09CV 653. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Amended Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
