West, whose last known places of residence is 674 Presidential Drive, Boardman, OH 44512-4746 and 1262 Meadow Lane, Youngstown, OH 44514-1478 each of you will take notice that on the 25th day of February, 2010, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 10CV 737, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $31,579.86 plus accrued interest of $979.05, plus interest at 7.75000% per annum from January 27, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Note and Mortgage, on a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1262 Meadow Lane, Youngstown, OH 44514, being permanent parcel number PPN: 29-019-0-029.000

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real estate, or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 23rd day of June, 2010.
