DEFENDANTS.

TO: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of Sarah L. Lyle, aka Sarah Lyle, Deceased, whose last place of residence is: unknown, you will take notice that on the 20th day of January, 2010, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, successor by merger to Sky Bank, successor by merger to Mahoning National Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 10 CV 185, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $23,467.79 plus interest at 4.25000% (variable) per annum from June 30, 2009, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 3475 Susan Circle, Youngstown, OH 44511, being permanent parcel number PPN: 53-155-0-170.000.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate, or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

The Defendants named above are required to file an Answer on or before the 11th day of May, 2010.
