Black, whose last place of residence is 124 North Portland Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509-2423, each of you will take notice that on the 29th day of December, 2009, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 09CV 4874, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $12,847.40 plus interest at the rate of 5.50000% (variable) per annum from October 20, 2009, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 124 North Portland Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509, being permanent parcel number PPN: 53-067-0-174.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from assserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before the 19th day of May, 2010.
