Madison, whose names and residences are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 16th day of November, 2009, Cadles of Grassy Meadows II, L.L.C., filed its Complaint against Rudolph Croft, Jr., Unknown Spouse of Rudolph Croft, Jr.; Unknown Tenant/Occupant of Rudolph Croft, Jr.; The Estate of Rudolph Croft, Jr.; c/o Robert L. Madison, Probate Court Commissioner; Robert L. Madison; Unknown Spouse of Robert L. Madison; and The Unknown Heirs, Next of Kin, Devisees, Legatees, Their Spouses and Creditors, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of Rudolph Croft, Jr. as Defendants, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 09CV 4357 in said Court, demanding foreclosure of a certain promissory note and mortgage deed, barring of the equity of redemption, marshalling of liens and judicial sale and for other proper legal and equitable relief, upon the following described real property:

To all of the above named parties, you are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the date of the last publication of this notice, the last date of publication of this legal notice is April 1, 2010. Said answer date being the 29th day of April, 2010.
