Borougf, aka Shannon Borougf, whose last known places of residence are 1537 Price Road, Youngstown, OH 44509; P.O. Box 25007, Saint Louis, MO 63125 and 1389 Fox Ridge Court, Arnold, MO 63010 each of you will take notice that on the 16th day of October, 2009, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 09CV 3958, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $86,620.06 plus accrued interest of $2,116.41, plus interest at 6.625% per annum from September 14, 2009, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1537 Price Road, Youngstown, OH 44509, being permanent parcel number PPN: 53-139-0-026.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note. The conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to Answer on or before the 18th day of May, 2010.
