Defendants, James D. Treharne and Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of James D. Treharne, whose last known address is 46614 Clarkson, Rodgers, OH 44455, Sherrie Smith and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Sherrie Smith, whose last known address is 4841 Westchester Drive, Apt. 117, Austintown, OH 44515 And John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Angie Mandaline, whose last known address is 227 Church Street, Hubbard, OH 44425, will take notice that on the 13th day of October, 2009, The Huntington National Bank, Successor by Merger to Sky Bank, filed its Complaint in Case Number 09CV 3876, Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, James D. Treharne, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of James D. Treharne, Sherrie Smith and John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, if any, of Sherrie Smith, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Premised commonly known as: 626 Mabel Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44502

Permanent Parcel Number: 53-113-0-004.000.

The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute.

The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of March, 2010.
