The Defendants, Barbara A. Carr, aka Barbara Carr and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Barbara A Carr, aka Barbara Carr, whose residences are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 7th day of October, 2009, United States of America Acting Through the Rural Development, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), filed its Complaint against Barbara A. Carr, et al, as Defendants, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 09CV 3815 in said Court, demanding foreclosure of a certain promissory note and mortgage deed, barring of the equity of redemption, marshalling of liens and judicial sale and for other proper legal and equitable relief, upon the following described real property:

Situated in the Township of Milton, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: Situated in the Village of Craig Beach, and known as being Lot 209 according to a replat of Lots 207, 208 and 209, Lake Milton Allotment as recorded in Volume 69, Page 268, Mahoning County Plats. Said original Lake Milton Allotment Plat was recorded in Volume 17, Page 108 of Mahoning County Plat Records. Said lot is more particularly described as follows:

Said lot has a front line of 60 feet on the south side of Glenwood Avenue, parallel side lines extending back there from 135 feet and a rear line of 60 feet all in accordance with said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said property is known as 17439 Glenwood Avenue, Lake Milton, OH 44429 for street numbering purposes.

To all of the above named parties, you are hereby notified that you are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight days after the date of the last publication of this notice, the last date of publication of this legal notice is February 12, 2010, answer day March 12, 2010.

You are also required to serve a copy of your answer upon Plaintiff's attorney who is Gilbert L. Rieger.
