The Defendant, Pellin Emergency Medical Service Inc., but whose current address are unknown, will take notice that on November 9, 2009, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon, fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS Series 2001-BC3, filed its Complaint in Case No. 09CV 4248, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 134 Lilburne Drive, Youngstown, OH 44505, Permanent Parcel No. 53-230-0-042.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, Pellin Emergency Medical Service Inc. have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendant, Pellin Emergency Medical Service Inc., is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 11th day of March, 2010.

In the event that the Defendant, Pellin Emergency Medical Service Inc., failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
