Cisco, whose last known address is 10681 Main Street, New Middletown, OH 44442, will take notice that on April 23, 2009, the Quality Group, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 09CV 1483.
