Antonelli, deceased, whose addresses are unknown; and Unknown Heirs, Fiduciaries, Beneficiaries, Donees, Devisees and/or Spouse of Ruth Butler aka Ruth L Butler, deceased, whose addresses are unknown; are hereby notified that Bank of Wyoming, by Substitution The Union Bank Company, filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 08CV 4846. The above parties may have a potential interest in the property described as real estate:

Parcel 1: Situated in the Township of Beaver, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Section 2 of said Township, and further described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the centerline of State Route 7 (Market Street Ext.) said point also being the Southwest corner of a 65.169 acre parcel of land formerly owned by U. and H. Delp, now Northwest corner 2.45 Acre owned by Schneider:

Thence N 0¼ 46' 32'' West along said centerline a distance of 685.30 feet to a point;

Thence S 85¼ 14' 26'' E. a distance of 701.84 feet to a point;

Thence S 1¼ 45' 55'' E a distance of 359.92 feet to a point;

Thence N 86¼ 00' 50'' W a distance of 359.92 feet to a point;

Thence N 60¼ 32' 39'' W, a distance of 396.49 feet to a point; said point being the point of beginning and containing 12.97 acres of land more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Parcel No. 2

Situated in the Township of Beaver, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Section 2 in said Beaver Township and being further bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the centerline of Woodworth Road at the Northeasterly corner of the Walker Heights Plat as recorded in Volume 15 at Page 45 of the Mahoning County Record of Plats, said point being along said centerline North 21 degrees 38 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 1471.31 feet from a monument found at the intersection of said centerline with the centerline of Calla Road;

Thence along the northerly line of said Walker Heights Plat, North 85 degrees 50 minutes 25 seconds West, passing over an iron pin found at 27.77 feet, a total a distance of 2006.44 feet to an iron pin set at the southeasterly corner of lands now or formerly of Lakeside Manor Inc; Thence along said Lakeside Manor, Inc. lands, North 01 degrees 43 minutes 47 seconds West, passing over an iron pin found at 12.25 feet, a total distance of 295.42 feet to an iron pin set at the southwesterly corner of Peaceful Acres Plat No. 1: Thence by the next two courses along said Peaceful Acres Plat No. 1, South 85 degrees 44 minutes 21 seconds East a distance of 442.42 feet to an iron pin set; Thence North 01 degrees 43 minutes 47 seconds West a distance of 600.00 feet to an iron pin found on the southerly line of lands now or formerly of the Sweeney Family Limited Partnership; Thence along said Sweeney Family Limited Partnership lands, South 85 degrees 44 minutes 21 seconds East a distance of 199.49 feet to an iron pin found on the westerly line of lands now or formerly of G. W. Yerkey; Thence by the next two courses along said Yerkey lands, South 01 degrees 10 minutes 52 seconds West a distance of 38.49 feet to an iron pin found; Thence South 89 degrees 11 minutes 08 seconds East, passing over an iron pin found at 989.05 feet, a total distance of 1016.10 feet to a point on said Woodworth Road centerline;

Thence along said centerline, South 21 degrees 38 minutes 12 seconds East a distance of 1011.19 feet to the Point of Beginning.

The above described parcel contains within said bounds 31.266 acres of land, of which 0.580 acres are within right-of-way, as surveyed under the supervision of Haven R. Grover, Registered Surveyor No. 6971, of Western Reserve Land Consultants Inc., on September 2, 2006, but subject to all legal highways and easements of record.

Basis of Bearing of the above described parcel being the centerline of Market Street (S.R.7), held at South 01 degrees 46 minutes 32 seconds East as recorded in O.R. 3402 at Page 188 of the Mahoning County Records.

All iron pins set are 5/8" rebar with identification cap.

Parcel Nos: 05-038-0-001.000; 05-038-0-001.010 and 05-038-0-003.000.

Defendants first hereinabove named are further notified that they are required to answer said Complaint on or before March 11, 2010 which includes 28 days from the last publication, or judgment may be rendered as prayed for therein.
