FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE

EVERHOME MORTGAGE COMPANY

PLAINTIFF,

VS.

JUDY O'MALLEY, ET AL.,

DEFENDANTS.

Sarah Jane Rice, whose last known address is c/o Gateways to Better Living Attn: Gail Riess, Executive Director, 6000 Mahoning Avenue, Suite 234, Youngstown, OH 44515, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Sarah Jane Rice, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 15th day of January, 2009, Everhome Mortgage Company filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County Ohio in Case No. 09CV 164 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:

PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 125 Coitsville Road, Campbell, OH 44405 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 1490, Page 260 of this County Recorder's Office.

PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 46-002-0-025.000 & 46-002-0-027.000

All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of February, 2010, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
