Defendants, Margaret Thomas, Unknown Spouse, of Margaret Thomas, and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Administrators, Executors, Successors and Assigns of Margaret Thomas, deceased, whose place of residence is unknown and whose last known address is 2333 Cherry Hill Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509 and Unknown, and who cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 20th day of November, 2009, BAC Home Loans Servicing LP, fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, filed a Complaint as Plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 09CV 4443 against Margaret Thomas, and others as Defendant, alleging that Defendant, Margaret Thomas, executed and delivered a certain Note, a copy of which is attached to the Complaint and made a part thereof, that there is due to Plaintiff from Defendant, Margaret Thomas, by reason of default under the terms of the Note the unpaid principal balance of $66,630.95 plus interest at the rate of 6.250% per annum from May 1, 2009; that to secure th payment of said Note Defendant, Margaret Thomas, executed and delivered a Mortgage Deed, thereby conveying the following described premises:
Commonly known as: 2333 Cherry Hill Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44509, Parcel Number: 53-174-0-147.000.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for three (3) successive weeks, said answer day being the 26th day of January, 2010.
