To: The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of Mike Vitanovich, deceased, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, you will take notice that on the 16th day of October, 2009, the Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, Successor by Merger to Sky Bank, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 09CV 3959, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $48,084.17 plus accrued interest of $1,365.55, plus interest at 6.00000% per annum from September 22, 2009, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 660 Sanderson Avenue, Campbell, OH 44405, being permanent parcel number PPN: 46-017-0-517.000 and 46-017-0-518.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default in the payment of said Promissory Note according to its tenor, the conditions of said Mortgage Deed have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth their interest in said real estate, or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiff’s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 26th day of January, 2010.
