Shugart, Jr., and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Gerald L. Shugart, will take notice that on the 11th day of September, 2009, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, filed its Complaint n the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 09CV 3457.
