The Defendants, the Unknown Heirs, Successors and Assigns of Emrik John Gessler and/or Robert G. Switka and all other personas unknown claiming any estate, right, title or interest in the following described Subject Premises, whose exact address cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence, shall take notice that on the 25th day of August, 2009, an Action to Quite Title was filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, naming you as Defendants. The prayer of the Complaint is for an Order declaring the Plaintiffs to be teh owner of the following described parcels of land, and quieting title in and to the gollowing described parcels of land:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
PARCEL NO. 1:
AND KNOWN AS BEING YOUNGSTOWN CITY OUT LOT 571 AND A PART OF YOUNGSTOWN CITY LOT #5780, AS LOTS ARE NOW KNOWN AND NUMBERED IN SAID CITY, SAID OUT LOT #571 IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT AN IRON PIN ON THE NORTH LINE OF POLAND AVENUE; THENCE NORTH 32° 28’ EAST 82 AND 3/100 FEET TO AN IRON PIN; THENCE WEST ALONG THE CANFIELD BRANCH OF PENNSYLVANIA COMPANY 224 AND 1/100 FEET TO AN IRON PIN; THENCE SOUTH 42° 18’ EAST 97 AND 5/100 FEET TO AN IRON PIN IN THE NORTH LINE OF SAID POLAND AVENUE; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID NORTH LINE OF POLAND AVENUE 235 AND 61/100 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING AND CONTAINING ABOUT 55/100 OF AN ACRE OF LAND.

BEGINNING A TRIANGULAR PORTION OF THE WESTERLY PART OF CITY LOT #5780 AND COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT #5780; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT #5780 A DISTANCE OF 62.3 FEET TO A POINT IN THE RIGHT OF WAY OF THE CANFIELD BRANCH OF THE PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD, WHICH POINT IS ALSO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT #5780; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY A DISTANCE OF 11.9 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT #5780; THENCE SOUTH 74.6 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING WHICH POINT IS ON THE NORTHERLY LINE OF POLAND AVENUE.

SITUATED IN THE CITY OF YOUNGSTOWN, COUNTY OF MAHONING, STATE OF OHIO AND KNOWN AS BEING THE EASTERLY PART OF YOUNGSTOWN CITY LOT NUMBER FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY (5780) ACCORDING TO THE LATEST ENUMERATION OF LOTS IN SAID CITY.

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEASTELY CORNER OF CITY LOT NO. 5780; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF CITY LOT #5780 A DISTANCE OF 62.4 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF THE RIGHT OF WAY OF THE P.Y. & A. RAILROAD; THENCE ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY TO THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF OUT LOT #574; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF OUT LOT #574 A DISTANCE OF 56.4 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF POLAND AVENUE; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF POLAND AVENUE ABOUT 65 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, BE THE SAME MORE OR LESS, BUT SUBJET TO ALL LEGAL HIGHWAYS.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 2nd day of February, 2010.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
