Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Sonya M. Campbell, and the guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Sonya M. Campbell, will take notice that on the 9th day of October, 2009, Quadrant Residential Capital II, LLC, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 09CV 3864. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest:

PROPERTY LOCATION: 4442 Orlo Lane, Youngsotwn, OH 44512.

The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice. This legal notice will be published once a week for three successive weeks. Said answer day being the 6th day of January, 2009.
