Robert W. Miller and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Assignees, Tenants, and Land Contract Vendee, if any, of Robert W. Miller, whose last address is 1666 Poland Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, shall take notice that on the 28th day of September, 2009, Allied Erecting and Dismantling Co., Inc., filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in Case No. 09CV 3700 in the Court of Common Pleas to foreclose the lien(s) held by it for delinquent real estate taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and costs with respect to the following parcel of real property:
PARCEL NO. 1:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number 11071 in Replat of City Lot No. 11071 and Part of Outlot No. 569, as recorded in Volume 117 of Plats, Page 76, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot has a frontage of 100.00 feet on the northwesterly line of Poland Avenue and extends back on its northwesterly line 114.78 feet, and on its southeasterly line 98.22 feet, having a rear line of 102.19 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.
The Property having an assigned street number of 1666 Poland Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio and being further identified as Permanent Parcel No. 53-043-0-020.00-0.
PARCEL NO. 2:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number 11070 according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 7, Page 84, Mahoning County Records.
The Property having an assigned street number of 1656 Poland Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio and being further identified as Permanent Parcel No. 53-043-0-019.00-0.
PARCEL NO. 3;
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number 11069 according to the latest enumeration of Lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 7 of Plats, Page 84, Mahoning County Records.
The Property being a vacant Lot on Poland Avenue which does not have an assigned street number and is further indentified as Permanent Parcel No. 53-043-0-018.00-0.
The prayer of the Complaint is for an order directing that the property be sold at public auction and that the proceeds therefrom be used to satisfy Plaintiff's lien(s). Plaintiff further prays for such other relief as the Court may deem just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in the property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same, that Plaintiff's liens be found to be good and valid first lien(s) on the property, and that the equity of redemption with respect to the property be foreclosed.
The above-named Defendants are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks. Said answer day being the 2nd day of February, 2010. If said Defendants fails to timely respond, the Court may enter a default judgment against them for the relief requested in the Complaint.
