To: Aaron M. Hawkins, aka Aaron Hawkins and whose last known place of residence was 1900 Federal Avenue, Alliance, OH 44601, Alena Niskordova, whose last place of residence, 1900 Federal Avenue, Alliance, OH 44601 each of you will take notice that on the 18th day of August, 2009, Plaintiff, The Huntington National Bank, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 2009 CV 3139, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $38,164.07, plus interest at 5.50 % (variable) per annum from May 20, 2009, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Line of Credit Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 424 15th Street, Sebring, OH 44672, being permanent parcel number PPN: 21-002-0-130.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Line of Credit Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendants are required to file an answer on or before the 10th day of December, 2009.
