Unknown heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Margaret A. Mikolaj, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Margaret A. Mikolaj will take notice that on the 18th day of August, 2009, CitiFinancial Inc., filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, Case No. 09CV 3154.
